The object is located in the city of Lviv. An apartment for a young and progressive family. It is a three-room apartment in which the owners wanted to preserve the space and asked to redevelop it into a two-room apartment with a large open-plan kitchen, a separate bedroom, a children's room - study, a laundry room, and two bathrooms. At the beginning of the renovation , there were two of them, but after the project was completed, a third family member appeared. A guest room was designed specifically for them, which will later be converted into a child's room.
The kitchen island is a centerpiece of the design. We wanted to pay special attention to the lighting of the kitchen island, as the clients spend a lot of time here, having friends over. The owners love to cook, so a maximum working area was provided. The surface area on the island smoothly transitions into a table made of the same material. The color scheme of the space is white-beige with marble accents.
The main focus in the living room is the relaxation area, which we separated with parquet flooring to add comfort and tactile sense of natural material. The large comfortable sofa plays a key role in this room. We decided to use wide-format ceramic granite to design the TV area and make it one solid structure that would give an impression of a single monolithic element.
The master bedroom includes a separate bathroom, as it was important for the clients to preserve the privacy of this room. We added moldings to make the room more classical. The bathroom was designed in a similar style as the bedroom, with moldings and marble also present here. However, a lighter shade of marble was chosen in this case to make the space appear larger.
