The property is located in Lviv, in the Viking Park residential complex. The total area after the plan rearranging is 70 m². The highlight of this space, when you first enter the apartment, is the long kitchen island with a marble countertop from Africa, as well as two large ceiling lights from Vibia. An interesting feature of this kitchen is the absence of a traditional kitchen cooker hood. Instead, we used a stovetop with a built-in ventilation system.
The layout of this apartment was designed for a couple who plan to get a dog soon. That's why there is a spacious kitchen-studio and bedroom, with no additional living rooms. While it is not transparent from either side, silhouettesare visible through it in then evening light.
The floors and walls in the bathrooms are made of micro cement, so there are no seams. The decor elements and bathroom fixtures are made of stainless steel, which harmoniously matches the shade of the micro cement. Natural travertine, specially treated to prevent moisture penetration, was used in the bathroom.
